These are my balls. Overall you can see two designs here.
The two spiralling ones are truly surplus, junked rings I didn't want to use for anything needing to withstand some force anymore.
The others were inspired by the fingertips of my glove. They stay wonderfully round just like that, but sometimes I put a marble in there to get them extra taut. Why? If use them as keychain f.e., you never need to reach into your pocket to ascertain you've got your keys with you: if you feel a ball with that texture through pants or coat, you know it can't be anything but your keys. Unless of course you hung such a ball on something else. Then you're just silly.
There's three sizes: T1.5D6.0 T1.5D8.0 and T2D10, and a mini version in T1.5D6.0
The T1.5D8.0 is very slack so tends more towards an ovoid.
